Cancel any time before your booked start and it costs nothing.
Paid in advance and cancelling before the session? We refund in full.
No-shows and self-shortened sessions are not refunded once the block has begun.

Refund Policy
Cancellations & refunds
This Refund Policy explains when you can cancel a booking or a prepaid pass at FRAGDOCK PC CLUB and how refunds are handled.
Prepaid time passes
Unused, unopened passes can be refunded within 14 days of purchase.
Once any hours are used, the remaining balance stays on the pass but is no longer refundable for cash.
Faulty sessions
If a fault on our side interrupts your paid session and we cannot re-seat you, we credit or refund the affected time — just tell the desk before you leave.
How refunds are paid
Refunds return to the original payment method where possible, usually within 5–10 business days.
